This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will be collaborating with colleagues and engaging with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, tailored to accommodate our clients’ schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders based on comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions that foster emotional exploration and skill development.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of diverse clients from the local Phoenixville community who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will be tasked with building rapport and establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships that encourage client engagement and accountability in their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, active LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating diagnostic impressions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
