The Opportunity

You’ll work both in the field and alongside leadership , helping guide jobs, support team members, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform drain cleaning, diagnostics, and residential plumbing repairs
• Handle underground work, excavation, trenchless, and drainage solutions
• Identify root causes—not just quick fixes
• Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on solutions
• Coordinate with dispatch and support job flow throughout the day
• Monitor stock levels of plumbing parts and tools.
• Lead by example in professionalism, quality, and work ethic
• Support team development and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years plumbing experience (drain cleaning experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Ability to handle a physically active role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass background screening
