Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supporting student growth and fostering positive change across an engaging educational environment near Winchester, NH. This full-time position spans the 2026/2027 academic year, from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.

As a district-wide BCBA, your expertise will be valued throughout the school community. You will develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral assessments and intervention plans, addressing the unique needs of individual students. Your proactive approach to collaboration will extend to direct work with students, as well as consultations with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure positive, consistent outcomes both in and beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across grade levels.
• Design and oversee the implementation of individualized intervention strategies.
• Provide hands-on support and ongoing consultation to educators and families.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies that complement school resources.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and document outcomes in accordance with district procedures.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably in school settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
