Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Swanzey, NH | Full-Time School Contract
A school district in the Swanzey area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to support students with behavioral needs.
Schedule:
Full-Time
35 Hours Per Week
Monday-Friday
School Year:
August 2026 – June 2027
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
Consult with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Provide direct behavioral support and coaching when appropriate
Build collaborative relationships with families and outside agencies
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in a related field
3-5 years of BCBA experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
