Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Consultant in Mountain View, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, wayfinding, and general support in a healthcare location while following post orders and security‑related protocols. Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with staff and the public, following Allied Universal standards, and assisting with routine security‑related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
