We’re seeking a reliable General Clerk to support our internet service team.
Responsibilities include handling phone calls (inbound/outbound), data entry, scheduling, and basic office tasks.
Key Duties:
• Answer and make phone calls to customers and vendors
• Process service orders and update records
• Assist with scheduling and technician paperwork
• Perform scanning, filing, and general admin tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email)
• Organized and detail-oriented
