Location : Boca Raton / Palm Beach, Florida

Compensation : $150,000–$200,000 Base + Growth-Based Bonus

We are an established private-pay home care organization serving clients throughout the Boca Raton and Palm Beach market. With approximately 50 active clients and a strong operational foundation, the organization has built a stable, well-run business and is now entering its next stage of growth. The company serves a premium private-pay clientele and is seeking a driven healthcare executive who can build upon that foundation and significantly expand the business.

The Executive Director of Operations & Strategic Growth will lead the organization's day-to-day operations while taking a hands-on role in driving growth, increasing census, developing community relationships, and expanding revenue. This is an ideal opportunity for a hungry, energetic, entrepreneurial healthcare leader who wants to grow a business rather than simply maintain one. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, business acumen, relationship-building ability, and a proven track record of producing measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Lead and oversee the agency's daily operations, team performance, client experience, and compliance.
\n
• Drive growth in client census, revenue, and overall market presence.
\n
• Develop referral relationships throughout the Boca Raton / Palm Beach community, including senior communities, retirement communities, healthcare organizations, and other strategic partners.
\n
• Represent the organization at networking events, community events, sponsorships, and other local opportunities.
\n
• Develop and oversee marketing and business development initiatives, including digital and community-based strategies.
\n
• Track key metrics including census, revenue, staffing, growth, and profitability, using data to drive decisions.
\n
• Ensure the agency has the staffing and operational capacity to support growth.
\n
• Identify, recruit, and eventually oversee Business Development / Marketing talent as the organization expands.
\n
• Maintain high standards of client service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
\n
• Partner closely with ownership to establish growth goals, evaluate performance, and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Leadership experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior care, or a related healthcare environment.
\n
• Proven ability to manage a healthcare operation and lead teams.
\n
• Demonstrated history of business growth, revenue generation, census growth, or market expansion.
\n
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to speak confidently about metrics and results.
\n
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Highly presentable, charismatic, and comfortable representing an organization within affluent communities.
\n
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and genuinely hungry for growth.
\n
• Strong understanding of staffing, compliance, and healthcare operations.
\n
• Direct home care experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates from adjacent healthcare environments will be considered.

Compensation

• $180,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience.
\n
