Senior Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Texas (Remote) Duration: Full-time PermanentJob Summary: Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of their Salesforce platform, supporting diverse business operations. This position requires in-depth expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components) and a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions in a complex enterprise setting. As a senior technical leader, you will act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, guide architectural decisions, and mentor team members on cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and external vendors to ensure Salesforce is fully aligned with strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & CustomizationArchitecture & System IntegrationStakeholder CollaborationMentorship & StandardsTesting & QAInnovation & OptimizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Salesforce Connect).Familiarity with version control and DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset.Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
