Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792 Pay Rate: $19.00 +/hour DOE Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process payments, including checks and ACH transactions
• Manage scheduled payments and ensure bills are paid on time
• Review expense reports and company credit card statements
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records

Office & Accounting Support

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
• Enter and maintain financial information within accounting systems
• Organize accounting documentation and records
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
• Support the accounting team with additional projects and daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with invoices, financial records, and numbers
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
