Industrial Environmental Services Sales Representative

Clean Harbors in Rancho Dominguez, CA is seeking a Technical Services Account Manager to join their safety conscious sales team! The TS Account Managers will drive new waste management business while growing existing accounts. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and expanding services across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance. Partnering with internal teams, the Account Manager helps clients improve safety, reduce risk, and ensure proper waste management solutions are in place. RESPONSIBILITIES

Prioritize Health & Safety by adhering to all environmental and regulatory safety practices. Use insight-driven selling to educate customers on waste-management challenges and position Clean Harbors solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across multi-site waste-management accounts. Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbors solutions within their organization; Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to. Strengthening customer relationships through contract oversight, service delivery follow-up, and continuous improvement. Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts with senior operations and EHS leaders. Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using structured target analysis and waste-stream evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of strong and complex B2B sales background. Live within territory defined, hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous RCRA and DOT regulation training/understanding highly preferred. Proven ability to build relationships (environmental service, waste-management contracts highly preferred). Customer focused mindset, skilled in strategic selling, analysis, and project planning/management. Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and attention to detail.
