Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor treatment plans that meet clients' individualized needs. Facilitate regular therapy sessions, focusing on creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to personal growth and healing. Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver integrated care that enhances client support. Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep accurate and thorough records. Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients to promote engagement and accountability. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at On Track Counseling Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their journey towards mental wellness. By providing empathetic care and evidence-based interventions, you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve their personal goals. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona. Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing therapy through telehealth platforms. Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural nuances of effective mental health care. Familiarity with EHR systems for managing client information and maintaining organized records. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
