Project Coordinator

Location: 100% On-Site

MN, WA, OK, KS

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large field-based project. This role will work closely with the Project Manager, supervisors, vendors, and field teams to keep materials, tooling, inventory, and project documentation organized.

Responsibilities:

• Track parts from ordering through receiving and distribution.
\n
• Maintain inventory records, serial numbers, and parts trackers.
\n
• Receive, organize, and track tools and equipment.
\n
• Document incoming materials, including photos and condition.
\n
• Manage SAP transactions, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams on materials and equipment.
\n
• Monitor shortages, inventory levels, and project needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to project leadership.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Experience in project coordination, construction, field operations, logistics, or inventory.
\n
• SAP experience preferred.
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced field environment.
\n
• Wind, renewable energy, construction, or field-service experience is a plus.
\n
• Must be able to work 100% on-site.
\n
