Role Description The Residential Service Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting residents by coordinating services, resources, and communication between residents, property staff, and external providers. Day-to-day tasks include assessing resident needs, helping connect residents with appropriate community and support services, and monitoring follow-up to ensure services are effective and accessible. The coordinator maintains accurate records, prepares reports on resident services, and participates in virtual meetings with management and partner agencies. The role involves developing and implementing resident-focused programs, providing basic guidance and training to residents on available resources, and promptly addressing resident concerns or service-related issues. This position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dispersed team.\n
