If you've succeeded in high-volume outbound sales, logistics, payroll, merchant services, SaaS, telecom, staffing, or another B2B sales environment, we'd love to talk. This is not a retail sales or customer service position. You'll spend your day prospecting business owners, identifying opportunities, and closing new accounts over the phone. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business through outbound cold calling. Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers. Qualify prospects and identify business needs. Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM. Present our commercial collections solutions with confidence. Move opportunities from initial contact to close. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while collaborating with a high-performing team. What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful inside sales or business development experience. Proven success making outbound cold calls. Experience selling B2B products or services. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic.
