Learn more about us at Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant (must be a hunter!). In this role, you will identify, generate, and cultivate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and provide customized consulting solutions to meet their human resource needs. Responsibilities include presenting TrendHR’s offerings to potential clients, creating tailored business plans, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities. Strong skills in Consulting and Business Planning to develop tailored solutions for clients and support their strategic goals. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understanding of the human resource industry and its challenges is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - make the calls, network & get in front of your prospects.
