We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager specialized in Workday Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead complex enterprise software projects within our dynamic organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimization of Workday WMS solutions, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive project management expertise, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role will drive and lead the WMS Implementation.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on enterprise WMS implementation expertise with deep Workday Supply Chain knowledge.
- Program leadership across scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, and multi-entity delivery.
- Functional and integration expertise spanning WMS workflows, Workday APIs/Studio, middleware, and connected systems.
- Warehouse operations expertise, including receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, cycle counting, lot/serial, expiration, ASN, directed work, and labor management.
- Strong stakeholder communication, change leadership, UAT/cutover execution, and executive-level reporting.
- Workday Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Workday WMS Implementation expertise
- Supply Chain
- 5+ years of hands-on WMS implementation experience, including Workday WMS/Inventory or an enterprise WMS integrated with Workday; 3+ years leading enterprise ERP/SCM programs in a matrixed environment.
- Deep knowledge of Workday SCM, Inventory Management, Procurement, WMS modules, Workday Studio/APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Experience with advanced distribution capabilities, multi-entity rollouts, UAT, cutover, data migration, and training. Workday Supply Chain/WMS certification strongly preferred; PMP/PgMP preferred; Agile/SAFe and APICS CPIM/CLTD are pluses.
- Healthcare supply chain, Epic integration, GS1/GTIN/HIBCC, RFID, Databricks/Azure, and Workday-certified WMS partner experience are preferred
