In this role, you’ll work closely with agents, transaction coordinators, and marketing partners to ensure every property listing is meticulously managed from launch through closing, creating a seamless, five-star experience for clients.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of an in-office, collaborative team environment and brings organization, initiative, attention to detail, and calm under pressure. You’ll be the person who keeps the moving pieces moving, anticipates what needs to happen next, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of the listing process.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary of $52,000-$65,000, plus referral commissions , along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the team. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents to gather necessary information and materials for listings.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure all listing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients, agents, and other team members to ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor and update property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility and engagement with potential buyers or renters.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or a related field, with a focus on property listings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for data management and communication.
