Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing both standardized and informal screening methods to inform personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual, group, and family therapy tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a team of specialized professionals to develop integrated care plans that address both psychological and social aspects of client wellness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients presenting with acute mental health issues, drawing upon your clinical expertise to support them during critical moments.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A completed master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant field including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to foster therapeutic relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Exhibit a high level of cultural sensitivity, ensuring effective engagement with all clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and adept at managing documentation in a telehealth environment, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants with the required licenses are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be preferred. Experience in community mental health settings is also advantageous.
