About The Opportunity
The position manages inbound and outbound shipments with the main objective ensuring products are delivered and moved on time.
Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Report and maintain data in customer and internal system
• Adjust inventory as required
• Collaborate daily with production ensuring timely delivery of product and production schedules
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP
• Generate BOL's and packing lists
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately
• Verify incoming/outbound quantity and needs are consistent with production requirements
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy in multiple systems

Education & Experience

• None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents
• Ability to navigate computer systems

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods
• Position will sit at reception desk, with some office administrative duties

The expected salary range for this position is $21.50/hour. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
