Supervisor

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and efficient environment for students, parents, and staff. Assist in the opening and closing of the facility and ensure proper processes and procedures are completed in the interior, exterior, pool and pump room to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards. Promote a safety culture for our team, students, and parents by consistently executing quality assurance and brand standards and responding accordingly. Promote a culture of safety by consistently enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards promptly. Employee Assist in interviews, and onboarding to integrate new employees. Assist the location in providing initial training for new staff and ongoing education for all team members to enhance their skills and stay current with standards. Assist in the scheduling of staff from finding substitutions, adding and removing classes and communicating to customers of scheduling changes. Supervise instructors and lifeguards to ensure high-quality lessons and adherence to safety and brand standards. Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture through team-building activities, recognition, and growth opportunities. Provide employees with ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to foster continuous improvement and professional growth. Direct reports may exist depending on location volume. Customer Deliver a world-class experience by addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high satisfaction scores (NPS). Execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, including proactive communication with parents about their child’s progress. Respond to customer requests effectively and promptly, as well as feedback from social platforms. Marketing Local marketing: Assist in local marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase community involvement. Social media: Assist with creating and managing social media platforms to engage with customers and drive interest in the swim school. Community relations: Partner with the General Manager to strengthen relationships with local businesses and organizations, enhancing community visibility. Non‑Dedicated Facilities A non‑dedicated facility is where swim lessons are held at a fitness center or hotel pool. Compliance: Ensure the execution of the master agreement with the hosted partner. Job Type Pay: Based on experience, location and volume impacts Weekdays, weeknights and weekends required 30+ hours a week (seasonality can impact this) Work location: On‑site Reports to: General Manager / Assistant Manager Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while being agile and taking initiative. Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within 30 days of hire (training available). #J-18808-Ljbffr
