Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead and develop a small team of accounting professionals while partnering closely with operations and finance leadership. What You'll Do Oversee key accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Support inventory accounting, accruals, and financial reporting activities. Partner with leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiencies. Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and month-end deliverables. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Research and resolve accounting issues while helping implement best practices across the organization. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing accounting experience. Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications CPA and/or MBA preferred. Experience with business process improvements, financial analysis, auditing, and budgeting. Public accounting a plus. Why This Opportunity?
