Regional Sales Director - CAM-ENT - DACH

Job Description Reporting to the Senior Sales Director – North Europe, the Regional Sales Director leads the regional sales team covering the DACH region and is responsible for building and growing system integrator accounts, developing distribution partner relationships, and driving sales across multiple solution lines. Responsibilities Lead and coach a sales team, setting quarterly and annual business goals. Manage pipelines and ensure business opportunity creation and proper tracking using Salesforce and other tools. Design, build, and execute comprehensive business practices for critical account managers (CAMs) in the territory. Develop relationships within potential accounts to generate growth and opportunities. Manage quota targets for regional sales managers and key personnel; establish quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with upper leadership. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the territory and direct reports. Create a positive work environment and use team‑building skills with direct reports. Develop and execute yearly business plans for the assigned territory in coordination with upper leadership. Collaborate with leadership to propose solutions for market challenges, growth strategies, new customer programs, incentive and compensation programs. Oversee sale of the company’s products and services within the territory. Represent Motorola Solutions at trade shows and marketing events. Provide end‑user feedback to engineering and operations for product improvements and new releases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Solid sales experience with a track record in cloud, video, and access control sales. Ability to travel up to 70–75% within the DACH territory. Must reside within the territory (Germany).
