Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, analyzing medical histories and performing specific assessments to devise tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, involving them actively in setting achievable recovery goals.
• Implement treatment protocols proficiently based on the patient's presentation and evolving healthcare landscape, ensuring effectiveness and safety.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare teams when necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Accurately complete discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining comprehensive documentation that includes initial evaluations, daily notes, and interim progress reports.
• Manage time effectively, adhering to productivity benchmarks and maintaining a punctual schedule for appointments and meetings.
• Engage in the development and achievement of departmental goals while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance personal and organizational competency, serving as a clinical instructor for students as required.
• Promote exceptional customer experience by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability while engaging in initiatives aimed at eliminating barriers to access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid DPT license in the State of New Jersey must be obtained.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of prior experience is encouraged, candidates with less experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential and a commitment to professional development.
