We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.$15.63/hr for the Sales Department (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days!)$15.00/hr for the Service Department (Opportunities available to make more after 2 weeks!)Most of our Business Development Agents make between $45,000 - $70,000 per year!Work Schedule: Flexible, with availability needed for some evenings and weekends as required by dealership departmentsA Day in the Life of a BDC Representative (but not limited to):Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiriesUse precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goalsProject a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales or service informationSchedule sales or service appointments for the dealershipsCollect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC databaseMaintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertiseHS Diploma or EquivalentClean criminal background recordUpbeat, positive, “smile” while you dialAbility to be self-motivatedAbility to manage heavy phone contactPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasional walking or standing when assisting customers at the dealership.Blaise Alexander offers its full-time employees and their family’s benefits packages and tools you need to be successful.
