Job Description and Duties Effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) requires each full‑time employee in Bargaining Unit 17 to have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and to receive 5 PLP leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect these recent changes. This is a limited‑term position which may be extended or become permanent. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) or the Supervising Registered Nurse (SRN) III, plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of nursing and other assigned staff in a service line delivery area. Receive, disseminate, implement, and monitor adherence to policies and procedures; apply supervisory rules and principles; resolve personnel issues; set goals for self and others; and ensure continuity of quality patient care. Actively participate in and support the Complete Care Model.
