Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accounting Manager:
• Own standard costing, variance analysis, and cost of goods sold
• Partner with operations on construction and inventory performance
• Lead cost-related month-end close activities
• Maintain and enhance cost accounting controls and processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
• Deliver actionable insights to finance and plant leadership
Qualifications for the Cost Accounting Manager:
• Cost accounting experience in a construction environment
• Strong background in standard costing and variance analysis
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• ERP system experience in a manufacturing setting
