We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated caregivers, providing trusted, non-medical support to our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Compassionate In-Home Caregiver in Waterloo, New York, with Olive Branch Home Care, you will:

• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversations, games, and hobbies

• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Support clients with daily routines, such as medication reminders and appointment scheduling

• Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment

• Adhere to our agency's mission and values, upholding the highest standards of integrity, intentional listening, and respect for every life

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures

• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive clients to appointments and outings
