Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this is an indicator; final pay discussed at interview)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU, including ventilator management and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
• Attend high-risk deliveries and critically-ill newborn assessments
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists and nursing staff for comprehensive patient care
• Support Transport NICU admissions and stabilizations
• Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
• Participate in hospital and community health initiatives

What You Need

• Board Certified in Neonatology (MD or DO)
• Valid NY medical license (or eligible for licensure)
• Fellowship completed in Neonatology
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations
