About the Firm
Santo-Domingo & Associates, LLC is a premier boutique law practice dedicated to providing high-touch, results-driven representation for our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join our downtown team.
The Role
As a vital member of our legal team, you will manage personal injury files from inception through settlement or litigation. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced boutique setting and can provide seamless communication to our Spanish- and English-speaking clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting initial client intakes and maintaining regular client contact.
Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
Drafting legal documents, including demands, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Managing firm calendars, court deadlines, and filing legal documents.
Coordinating with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Personal Injury law.
Language: Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Education: Paralegal Certificate is desired, though significant relevant experience will be considered.
Traits: Highly motivated, self-starting, and capable of managing a high volume of tasks with precision.
