Are you a Chief Architect looking to lead architectural initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment? Intellibus is seeking a visionary Chief Architect to shape our technology landscape and drive architectural decisions aligned with our strategic objectives. We are looking for a Architect who can: Strong background in Java backend development and UNIX systems. Proven experience in software architecture, including architectural blueprints and enterprise architecture methodologies. Ability to establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance. Define and drive the overall architectural vision and strategy for the company. Provide hands-on expertise in Java backend development and UNIX systems. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation. Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Implement and manage enterprise architecture methodologies to ensure scalability and performance. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance and reliability. Work closely with other departments, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Advocate for best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in technology architecture leadership roles. Proven track record of designing and implementing technology architecture aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Skills: Strong expertise in technology architecture, software architecture, and architectural blueprints. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in developing architectural metrics and reports for executive and management teams. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
