Corporate IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Corporate IT Support Engineer to join our Corporate IT team to provide excellent system, network, applications, and technical support service to the company’s events and opening of new locations. The role includes handling computer asset management for events and new site openings and the installation and support of such events. The engineer will report to a Supervisory Manager, IT, and work from our Frankfurt office. What You’ll Do: Configure and install computer and network equipment as needed for events and local, move, add, and change projects Troubleshoot technical problems with LAN, WAN, WiFi, and other systems Support onsite Frankfurt office employees for any hardware or software issues Create and manage Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace user accounts and groups Deploy and install desktop applications, and resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner Manage and maintain physical security and AV equipment in conference rooms and all‑hands space Provide after‑hours, on‑call support for end users on a rotational basis (required) Travel out of state to support operations at trade shows and remote offices (occasionally) Document all changes, modifications, and troubleshooting in our ticketing system Ensure timely resolution of all incidents and requests Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or IT certifications with equivalent practical experience IT professional certifications are a big plus (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, Cisco, AWS, Network+) 2 years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, Mac OS, networking, mobile, video conferencing, and/or voice technologies 2+ years of technical support experience in a large environment with a mix of onsite and remote users (preferred) 2+ years of Active Directory and Google Workspace/Office 365 experience is a big plus 2+ years of printer support (Zebra knowledge a plus) Experience with a systematic problem‑solving approach, sense of ownership, and ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in high‑ambiguity and uncertainty areas Excellent customer service, organization, prioritization, multitasking, communication and leadership skills Experience with Okta SSO and/or user provisioning Knowledge of MDM (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Google MDM) is a plus Proven experience providing onsite IT support at remote sites or locations Pay Transparency Statement: The gross annual salary range for this position is €46,603.45 - €61,633.07. Placement within the range is based on objective, gender‑neutral factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
