Home Care Scheduler: Optimize Patient Visits & Care Plans

Holy Redeemer

Holy Redeemer in Runnemede, NJ, is looking for a Scheduler to manage scheduling for Homecare and Hospice services. In this role, you'll coordinate patient visits and serve as the liaison between patients and staff. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, scheduling experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
