Corporate Account Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing client base, the remote Corporate Account Manager will develop relationships with corporate clients, manage retention efforts, drive product adoption, and collaborate with account executives to identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities Maximize retention rates and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across client business units Identify revenue at risk and collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new growth opportunities Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and conduct Business Reviews to ensure AlphaSense is viewed as a business partner Required qualifications Proven experience managing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients Strong business acumen and knowledge of client engagement best practices in a SaaS environment Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with diverse audiences Ability to forecast retention rates and identify potential churn risks Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering results
