Operations Analyst

Salary: $62,000 - 91,300 per year

Requirements:

Be a U.S. citizen and hold an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance. Have a bachelors degree or relevant experience in project analysis, program support, production operations, mission operations, or a related field. Have experience with GIS software, database querying, and scripting languages. Preferred: Familiarity with orbital mechanics, remote sensing products, and applications. Preferred: Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments. Preferred: Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports using Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. Preferred: Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures, mitigation processes, or operational workflows. Responsibilities:

Monitor global collection demand and collection and production performance against Vantors business requirements. Identify operational challenges and potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate matters to management and technical support teams as needed. Manage internal tasking decks for 2D/3D product strategy and revenue enablement, including specialized requirements for live demonstrations and tasking. Coordinate daily operations across teams to fulfill products from satellite collection through imagery processing and delivery. Create visualizations, status reports, dashboards, and metrics to track customer and product performance and key indicators. Communicate performance status, milestones, issues, and resolutions with team members, cross-functional staff, and internal customers. Assess order requirements to determine collection feasibility and access visibility using in-house tools. Manage deadlines, prioritize workloads, and take initiative to support teams. Provide support outside regular business hours when needed in a 24/7 operations environment. Analyze operational performance data, evaluate outcomes against program objectives, communicate status and impacts to stakeholders, and provide insights for short- and long-term operational strategies.
