Contracting Officer's Representative

Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia with responsibility for managing, coordinating, facilitating and administering a variety of personal and non-personal health service and support contracts with various contracting sources. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
