The Role

\n

\n

As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the main strategic partner for a portfolio of 8 to 15 law firm clients. Once you reach 8 clients, you'll get a dedicated assistant to help with day-to-day tasks, so you can spend more of your time on strategy and client relationships. You'll get to know each firm's business, dig into their marketing data, and turn what you find into a clear plan. Then you'll work with our SEO, paid search, content, design, and web teams to make it happen.

The best people in this role don't just report numbers. They ask questions like:

\n

\n

- Why did organic traffic go up, and did it bring in better leads?

\n

- Where are this firm's best cases actually coming from?

\n

- Which practice areas are growing, and which are stuck?

\n

- What should we test next?

\n

\n

Then they explain the answers to attorneys in plain language and bring ideas to the table before the client asks.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

- Build trusted relationships with 8 to 10 law firm clients and serve as their go-to marketing partner

\n

- Lead regular strategy meetings on Zoom: prepare, review results, set priorities, and agree on next steps

\n

- Learn each firm's practice areas, ideal clients, markets, intake process, competitors, and goals

\n

- Review data from SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, paid ads, call tracking, and lead tracking, and turn it into action

\n

- Review monthly reports before clients see them and pull out the insights that matter most

\n

- Write and edit client content, including blogs, social posts, website copy, and emails

\n

- Check all content for accuracy, tone, brand voice, SEO, links, and calls to action before it goes live

\n

- Coordinate with our internal teams to keep projects moving and make sure nothing slips

\n

- Spot growth opportunities, like a new market, a stronger practice area page, or a better ad strategy

\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

\n

- 5+ years in account management, digital marketing, or marketing strategy, ideally at an agency

\n

- Experience with law firms or other professional service businesses (a big plus)

\n

- Strong writing and editing skills. You can write a well-researched blog and improve someone else's draft

\n

- Comfort with marketing data. You don't need to be an analyst, but you enjoy finding the story in the numbers

\n

- A sharp eye for detail. You catch the wrong attorney name or broken link before the client does

\n

- Confidence leading conversations with attorneys and business owners, including the tough ones

\n

- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines on your own

\n

- Curiosity about SEO, paid search, AI search, and how marketing keeps changing

\n

\n

Tools You'll Use

\n

\n

Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, CallRail, Looker Studio, Teamwork, Slack, Teamwork, and Zoom. Experience with some of these is great. We'll help you learn the rest.
