Network Operations Specialist, Market Operations Role Overview The Network Operations Specialist provides scheduling and troubleshooting support for Carvana’s Market Operations department. Responsibilities include publishing next‑day schedules, ensuring on‑time delivery events, acting as the primary point of contact for network and scheduling issues, and collaborating with internal teams to minimize delivery delays and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Generate and publish daily activity schedules for field teams across the Market Operations Network. Serve as the first point of contact when network or scheduling issues arise within a market. Use multiple internal systems to gather data and collaborate with Market Operations Field Advocates, Leadership, Logistics, and Network Planning to minimize delivery delays. Conduct root cause analysis during delivery delays and monitor resources to ensure continuous improvement. Leverage strong analytical and Google Sheet skills to organize data. Perform administrative duties, accurately documenting real‑time adjustments and effectively communicating with Market Operations Field Leadership. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience role. 1+ years of practical experience in Market Operations, Retail, Maintenance, or Logistics. Team‑oriented, professional interaction with customers, managers, and coworkers. Multitasking and prioritization skills. Professionalism in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to commute to and work from the Atlanta Union City location or Tempe HQ office. Willingness to work the hourly demands of the department, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Office‑environment experience with extensive computer use. Ability to sit for up to nine hours per day. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
