About the role You will be joining a dynamic team focused on providing credit union members with an unparalleled customer service experience. As the Branch Manager you will manage a full-service branch office, ensure that established policies and procedures are followed, delegate day‑to‑day operations to branch staff as appropriate, and coach and develop the team. Responsibilities Train, develop, and hire a motivated and professional team capable of providing efficient and effective branch services. Proactively develop a department culture where employees seek opportunities to cross‑sell products and services for the betterment of members. Provide all members with professional support, accurate information, and friendly service. Conduct regular business development and generate new business to meet established sales goals. Qualifications Three to five years of progressive experience leading and managing a full‑service branch. Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to the credit union’s success. Leadership and coaching skills.
