Experienced in strategic account leadership, the full-time remote Senior Account Director will manage a complex automotive account, driving creative strategy, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring measurable business impact across markets. Key responsibilities Lead the account holistically, owning client relationships and translating business objectives into strategic direction Drive creative strategy and performance by developing strong creative briefs and providing substantive feedback to ensure project alignment with client goals Build and maintain relationships with marketing directors and general managers, earning their trust through insights and creative solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency with a strong track record in account leadership and creative strategy Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive creative work from concept to presentation Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering strategic narratives to senior stakeholders Strong relationship-building instincts and a history of earning trust with operationally focused clients Ability to read and respond to media performance data to enhance creative effectiveness
