• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions focusing on various aspects such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Guide patients and their families with education to bolster progress beyond the clinical environment.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and speech therapy interventions to ensure patients receive comprehensive care throughout their journey.
• Document patient information meticulously to comply with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.
