Date Available: 02/16/2024 POSITION: Assistant Payroll Specialist QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet the following qualifications in order to assist the Payroll Specialist: - High School diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff, administrators, vendors, government agencies and school office personnel concerning payroll/benefits information
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
- Experience with computerized finance / payroll software preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
- Precision in data entry with superior attention to accuracy and detail
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
REPORTS TO: School Business Administrator/Board Secretary CONTRACT SCHOOL YEAR: 12 month position available February 16, 2024 SALARY: Commensurate with skills and experience BENEFITS: Benefits package after completion of successful sixty (60) day probationary period.
