Implement customer invoicing requirements using various systems and portals. Prepare and send invoices accurately and timely, including transmitting via EDI. Ensure proper billing of freight and charges. Maintain customer records and manage price/promo sheets. Support the Sales team and assist with customer calls, inquiries, and concerns. Maintain logs of customer comments, concerns, and issues. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments.
