Job Title: Project Integrator Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None The Opportunity As a Project Integrator on our team, you’ll manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program. You’ll keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer. Your organized, hands‑on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations. This position is located onsite in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI POLY. Responsibilities Manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program. Keep projects on course by tracking progress, anticipating needs, and facilitating communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer. Maintain an organized, hands‑on approach to stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations. Be responsible for support of program business and functional operations. Duties may also include facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers. Manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes. Qualifications Required: University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience. TS/SCI with active polygraph (background investigation and polygraph conducted within last 4 years). 5+ years of project management, including initiation, stakeholder communication plans, tailoring, and close out. 5+ years of experience tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs. 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking. 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs. Ability to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes. Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams. Experience with program management, readiness reviews, and governance boards. Experience conducting technical exchange meetings. Experience working in team environments. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired: Ability to prepare and conduct briefings for diverse audiences. Ability to create project documentation.
