We’re Hiring! Front Desk/ Call Center & Billing Team Members
Oral and Facial Surgery
Skokie, IL
Our new location Oral Surgery practice, is currently hiring for several positions , including:
- Front Desk Coordinator
- Call Center Representative
- Billing & Insurance Coordinator

Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check patients in and check patients out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and review treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help create a positive, 5-star patient experience
Call Center Responsibilities
- Answer patient and referral calls
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and referring offices
- Support smooth daily office flow
Billing & Insurance Responsibilities
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim processing
- Assist patients with billing and insurance questions

- Experience in a medical or dental office preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional communication
- Attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
