The work setting for this position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Some evening and weekend availability may be required to better serve our clients’ busy schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health histories, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop customized treatment plans that establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies to maximize outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively, ensuring a comprehensive support network for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, creating safety plans as needed to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups designed to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation in compliance with established ethical and legal standards, thus contributing to our clinic’s accountability and quality of care.

Our clientele encompasses individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
