Sous Chef
Estamos buscando un/a Sous Chef con experiencia en cocina y capacidad para apoyar en la supervisin de las operaciones diarias. Responsabilidades: Supervisar y apoyar las operaciones de la cocina. Manejar proveedores y coordinar pedidos. Recibir y verificar productos e inventario. Asegurar la calidad y correcta preparacin de los alimentos. Apoyar al equipo de cocina durante el servicio. Mantener los estndares de limpieza, organizacin e higiene.
Requirements: Experiencia previa en cocina, preferiblemente como Sous Chef o en una posicin similar. Experiencia manejando proveedores, pedidos e inventario. Ingls intermedio. Capacidad de liderazgo y organizacin. Persona responsable, proactiva y con buena actitud.
Benefits: $20$22/hora segn experiencia. Parking disponible. Horario de 10:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional.
