Job Description
Title: RN - Clinical Educator

Schedule: Days, 8 hours

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Strong knowledge of adult educational principles
- Prior experience in a clinical educator or similar role preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilizes adult educational principles and leadership skills to mentor clinical staff.
- Advocates for the well-being of patients through effective communication and education.
- Collaborates with management to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Acts as a role model for clinical staff, promoting a safe and caring environment.
- Communicates collegiately with physicians and other departments.
