Position SummaryThis role supports managers and staff with day-to-day office needs and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who calls or walks through our doors.Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmPay Range: $17-$18/hrWhat You'll DoAnswer and direct incoming phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsWrite and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and formsAssist in preparing regularly scheduled reportsMaintain organized filing systemsOrder and track office suppliesMaintain and update contact listsServe as a point of contact for internal and external clientsProvide general administrative support wherever neededWhat You'll NeedEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: At least one year of administrative experience preferred.Skills & AbilitiesFamiliarity with office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of standard office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)Strong oral communication, data entry, and general office skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks accurately and efficientlySound judgment in maintaining confidentiality of client records and informationProfessional communication style and a positive, team-oriented attitudeProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointConditions of EmploymentCandidates must pass a satisfactory post-offer medical review, criminal background check, and drug screening, and must provide proof of auto insurance meeting the state's minimum requirements.
