A $1.5B+ Global Business Services company is looking for a Business Development Officer to join the team in the Dallas or Houston, TX market. In this role, you will be hunting for net new business by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with prospective clients. You will be joining a team in an existing territory with a plethora of greenfield sales opportunities in the SMB and Mid-Market B2B sectors. With recent expansion across the U.S. market, this is a critical hire for the company. You will be joining a growing sales team that thrives on flexibility and collaboration, with robust support from leadership. Certified™ by Great Place To Work® in 2023. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $80k-$120k, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95-135k+ in the first year, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
