Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain calendar accuracy
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
